The basic principle of the modular grain storage system is easy to understand and use. Air enters the system through the side walls with small holes. The water then passes through the grain mass and into the pipes inside the system. The exhaust air is then exhausted to the outside through the exhaust fan. The fan draws air from the grain silo and creates a vacuum inside the silo. This helps to remove moisture from the grain and make it drier. Thanks to the ventilation system, the grain can be stored in the modular silos for a long time (until spring).
